Put a QR code on your invitation so guests can reply yes or no on the guest page. They can also find the schedule and practical info there, and on the day use the same page for photos and messages.

Want to send a paper invitation and still collect replies in one place? Then you get the replies in one place instead of scattered Messenger threads, while the card stays yours.
With fest-appen you put a QR on the invitation (or on a small insert). Guests scan, type their name and reply yes or no. The same page can show schedule and practical info before the day, and later photos and messages.
Shared QR: the same code on every invitation. Guests type their own name when they reply.
Personal QR: a code tied to a guest or household. Requires that you add the guests beforehand.
Both show names once a guest has replied. Choose personal QR when replies should be tied to guests you created beforehand.
Sample text next to the QR
“Scan the QR code and reply by [date]. You will also find the schedule and practical info here.”
No. You send your own printed card, email or save-the-date. Fest-appen gives you a QR (shared or personal) that collects the reply and opens the guest page.
A QR tied to a guest or household you have already added. When they scan, you see who replied. Useful when you want a clear list instead of an open link.
Yes. That is the point. Order the card from your printer or invitation designer, then place the QR from fest-appen in the design or on a small insert.
Yes. The same QR works from save-the-date or early invitation through the party day. Order and pay before the 30-day trial ends if the printed code must keep working. When you pay, you continue on the same guest page and address.
No. The reply form is yes or no with names. Collect allergies separately (email, phone or your usual list). On the guest page you can write an allergy note under the menu or practical info for guests to read.
With a shared QR, guests can add more names (first and last) when they reply. With a personal QR, you add the names beforehand so the household answers on their own code.
No. The module is optional and off by default. Turn it on when you want replies on the guest page.
Fill in the form and we create your guest page. You get login by email, typically the same weekday (weekend: next business day), and a free 30-day trial with limited test content. No commitment until you order and pay. When you pay, you continue on the same guest page with the setup you already made.
