Fest-appen package prices are on the homepage under pricing. They are higher than a pure photo app because you get the guest page for the whole party, not only an album.
If yes, and the budget is tight, a photo app or shared album is often right. If they also need information, one guest page is easier.

The more mixed phones and habits, the more a QR with no app helps. Small groups that already share an album often manage without.
Choose a photo app if you mainly want to collect photos, have a small budget, and schedule plus practical info already live somewhere else (paper, Messenger or your own site).
Choose a guest page if you want the same QR before and during the party, fewer repeated questions, and photos plus messages in one place afterwards.
Fest-appen does not support guests uploading video. You can embed a YouTube or Vimeo clip in the schedule or practical info, but guests cannot send video greetings into the gallery.
The reason is practical: video greetings on the big screen mid-speech or while the music plays disrupt more than they delight. Still photos and short text messages work better live.

No. Hotel guest apps are built for check-in, room info and hospitality stays. Fest-appen is for private parties and company events: one QR for guest info, photos and the big screen. Searches for “guest app” often mean hospitality software, which is a different product.
